I first saw this shambles opening up for Turbonegro and most recently for Twisted Sister where they were unanimously asked by the audience in no uncertain terms to Fuck Off!

i saw them with Turbonegro and they went down amazingly well (that was the first time i'd heard them and i have seen them a few times since).
between a Turbonegro and a Twisted Sister audience, i know which's opinion i would choose.

Sorry mr Hurricane Tommy - it appears you are a Do Me Bad Thinger - and I wrote an arsey piece about your band with completely unesssessary and unfounded personal attacks... I have no evidence that any of you are wankers - in fact I chatted to your gay singer and he seems nice. And as for mingers, that was also a bit over the top as well, your birds arent going to win beauty pagents but the black girl winked at me once and I felt a warm stiring!

But pay heed to your bad reviews - it may just be people feeling let down and disapointed that you didn't deliver more.

Do Me Bad Things have got something but you really haven't worked out how to consistantly deliver it.

Contrary to what Dandypee says you didn't go down very well in front of the Turbojugend - mind you they are a difficult audience... But you certainly went down better than upstairs in the Astoria with Twisted Singer - where your vocals were inaudiable, the drums overpowered and the bass was like it was being filtered through mud. It seems rather strangely, considering the size of your band, that the bigger the stage and PA the worst your sound gets. Out of the three times I have seen DMBT you sounded best in the tent at Truck...

I would suggest that you get into the practice studio more - 5 or 6 times per week - and go through the set over and over again. Have your sound guy in the practices as well - try and practice over a large PA one day and then take the PA away and practice with the vocals audiable above everything played quiet the next.

But remember one thing never ever accept any advice from Bob Slayer else the most you could ever hope to amount to is Karaoke Champion of Japan (see I have been up there too young man!)

Also rememeber you arent as bad as Pink Greese or The Ga Gas!

to be fair to dmbt, its not like any of the comments on this board can be placed under the header of "bad reviews". more like "the halfwitted vitriol of 12 year old Libertines fans" (i am not including you BobSlayer in this. i think your heart is in the right place, but youare a bit presumptuos in laying down advice like youre theyre dad or something).

i've seen Turbonegro 8 or 9 times, and dmbt went down better than any other band i've seen open for them (which i suppose is not saying much as the Jugend can be pretty fussy).
last time i saw dmbt supporting someone, they were supporting the Datsuns and they blew them off completely.
