...what.who are they? Amusingly thy get name dropped in this weeks Nottingham City Council newsletter as being 'exciting up and coming local band' and 'featured in NME's radar section', yet I've never seen/heard of them. But then I'm ignorant of many Nottingham bands, bar Clarky Cat who deserve to rule the world.
Anyone?

I don't know
but they sound like Pavement fans
Well yes...
...and I'd argue that was a plus. But until I get home to myspace, I know nothing...
they are a mystery
...I'm from Nottingham and I don't know who is in them. some say they are all 40+ virgins. Others that it's members of Doctor And The Medics. Or perhaps its a load of people who work for Nottm City Council? Who might be in St Joan and Seachange?
The Grave Architects
I caught 'em on the wireless last week. Dead impressed. www.myspace.com/thegravearchitects
"Love tbc" was the track played but check out "Last Night I Dreamed.." I'm told they're stunning live.
Who are they? They sound too cool to work for Nottingham City Council.... more like a collective of unemployed wall of death riders I'd say
pah
Saw them supporting "Tilly and the Wall" at the Buffalo Bar on Friday.
Ummmm, well yeah, I guess they had a sort of geeky Pavement feel to them, but they seemed more of a novelty band than anything else - they played lots of covers.
Didn't really enjoy them...although they had quite a following. What do I know?
not much
I was at that gig, I thought they were genius
Genius?
Basstaverns probably overstates things when he claims genius but they are witty fresh original and musically literate. I'd be particularly interested in what basstaverns thought of the bass player in the band. We need some more opinions on this lot... so get along to The Spitz 13th September. There's some momentum building here so catch the wave early...
