The singer has said in a fan interview that she's "full steam ahead" on her third album, the follow-up to 2003's Life For Rent. Don't expect to hear anything 'til 2007, though.
"The process is a lot of fun this time," she said. "I'm experimenting a lot with different instruments and ways of making sounds.
"I think realistically it'll be [released] next year, now. I've got tons of stuff I'm really proud of written and I'm in the studio every day in LA recording. I'm actually dying to get stuff out there and play people things but because I'm doing things a little differently this time I don't want to rush it."
Please, dear, don't rush it. Take your time. As much time as you want...

there was this hilariously uptight trendy type who had a t-shirt with some stonehenge design thing on - the payoff was "Stoned", so you know what you're dealing with. anyway, the, err, formation of the stones almost spelled out "Dido". we pointed this out to him and he never wore the t-shirt again. hahahahaha.
