I still really like Amy Studt's album. Good British pop music. Must admit I wouldnt have it in my favourite albums of last year anymore, but it's still good. I havent got fed up of it in the same way I have Snow Patrol's... I think that's been played to death, but it might just be because I've seen them play it live too many times.

Sovereign roools. da ragga midget! Especially given that lumpy cod-britpop pile of shit track she had to struggle with and rap over with D Double E (was it him?) and t'others on that Streets b-side... all miles better than the original. her "Ch-ching" is ace too, the bass makes my jaw ache, wanna hear more...

Futureheads I'm sure (I can't be bothered to check for certain. I don't feel they deserve the effort.) are that fucking horrible lot who thought New Wave Of New Mod was an actual good idea and not a whole journo injoke pisstake & have just been waiting 10 years for a thick-as-shit undiscriminating press'n'public (and radio) to throw the horrible joke (and a Jam back catalogue) back at us. Any fucking dj that played their cover of that useless Streets song deserves shooting, whilst the band are slowly hung drawn and quartered in the meantime, how to make something 10 times worse regardless of how much you may have hated the original anyway...
