Jacko not that sick really

15 minutes after he was due to appear in court came the news that Michael Jackson was ill.
According to BBC News Online, Mr Jackson's lawyer said the singer had been rushed to an emergency room at the Marian Medical Center and was "very, very ill".
This morning (February 16th) it emerged that Jacko was rushed to hospital with a "severe case of flu". FLU! I ask you!
According to doctors, the 'King Of Pop' is undergoing testing and receiving intravenous fluids but is in a stable condition. Doctors expect him to make a full recovery and he will be able to leave "when he is stable and well enough to go home."
Jacko was due at the Santa Barbara County Superior Court to attend jury selection. This was already delayed by the death of a family member of the lead defence lawyer.
The 'King Of Pop' faces 10 counts of child molestation. If convicted Jacko could go down for a maximum of 21 years (Insert own pun below).

HAHAHAHHAAAAA!!!! Legend.
The whole celebrity witnesses thing can't be ethical though can it? People generally are influenced by 'Celebrity' and these witnesses will create a bias.
All the prosecution has is his ex-wife and mother of his kids, one of the goonies and an ITV reporter. He's going to get away with it again...

Maybe it's stress? Imagine if you were innocent the sort of burn out you'd have from all this?
I don't know the facts, i only saw Bashir's circus tv documentry and the bonzo the clown tv coverage.
Who knows eh? Im sure the yanks wil wrap it up? -

I suppose him not being sick is a matter of opinion - true I think he might currently have a case of guiltyitis ohh - sorry - "nerves" but is he sick in the head? make ur own mind up.... -

to be honest though, when the trial finaly kicks up, will it ever be fair? every single one of the jury members will have precognitated the situation and come to their own conclusion in their mind thus no evidence or defence will truly affect the jurors decisions. meh. jacko for jail
