no wonder why he aint coming to Sheffield again, he embarrassed himself last time trying to follow Arctic Monkeys. Poor bloke, his songs are actually quite good, bless.

Re: "I ain't sayin' no to a decent rider": Tom Vek tours

Oh dear! Arctic Monkeys must be pretty difficult to follow!

He is quite good, shame about the t-shirt.

Re: "I ain't sayin' no to a decent rider": Tom Vek tours

yes they are other people to have found this out include the Ordinary Boys and Mick Jones' band Carbon/Silicon.

Apparrently the Paddingtons think they can do it and want Monkeys as touring support. Thick bastards...

Re: "I ain't sayin' no to a decent rider": Tom Vek tours

fight.

hey, those monkeys can't do our alldayer cos the manager can't make it. this confused me a little. was he going to drive them? (wasn't me who made the call)

they're playing club fandango on apr 5th (i think that's right) though, so all is good in the world.

Re: "I ain't sayin' no to a decent rider": Tom Vek tours

they're planning at least 3 London dates.

Geoff the manager is also their driver. He used to be the frontman in Seafruit

Arctic Monkeys are shite. Tom Vek is pretty bad, but them, oh dear.

Re: "I ain't sayin' no to a decent rider": Tom Vek tou

well you'll have to get used to them cos they're gonna be the biggest band in Britain soon.

Re: "I ain't sayin' no to a decent rider": Tom Vek

That doesn't mean they're good or indeed that I have to listen to them. Or even that it's going to happen.

Sell out maintain the interest.

Re: "I ain't sayin' no to a decent rider": Tom Vek

See them live, they have lots of songs and are brilliant. Plus nobody in the country is writing better lyrics at the moment.

And I fail to see the relevance of your Natural's Not In It quote- me smells pretentiousness

Lots of songs, shocking! What I have heard is utter garbage. Plenty of bands are writing better lyrics aussi, Grandmaster Gareth, but whatever, each to their own.

I don't suppose you've seen heard of a band called Hot Club de Paris yet though have you.

Re: "I ain't sayin' no to a decent rider": Tom Vek tou

did they tour with Ladytron? If they did then yes

will endeavour to check out Grandmaster Gareth, cheers

Re: "I ain't sayin' no to a decent rider": Tom Vek

They haven't really toured at all.

Grandmaster Gareth is in Misty's Big Adventure, but also does solo stuff.

"nobody in the country is writing better lyrics at the moment"
