Previously unheard Jeff Buckley material is expected to feature in the upcoming bio-pic on the late singer, according to his mother Mary Guibert.
Guibert spoke to NME.com about Mystery White Boy, the film in question. She said:
"Anyone who knew Jeff knows that he had music in his head twenty-four-seven, so there's going to be lots of music in the film. Sony does have studio material that hasn't been released yet. We will try to use as much stuff as we can that people haven't heard before."
She also added that Brad Pitt is not to play Buckley, a rumour that'd previously made the tabloid press: "Brad has never actually wanted to play Jeff, he found all those tabloid stories very funny. All he wanted to do was help produce a project that would have been close to his heart. Brad is still on a list of people we would love to have work with us."
Mystery White Boy is currently in pre-production, and is expected to be released sometime in 2008.

james franco (from the spiderman movies) should portray JB in the theatrical release of the JB story. If you are not sure who franco is, search the web. He's approximately the correct age, as well.
