Motorhead: 30th anniversary 'Bomber' show and winter tour

Motorhead are to bring their Bomber back to Hammersmith this June for a 30th anniversary special. Lemmy and co also play Download and a HUGE winter tour.

The band recently won a Grammy for Best Metal Performance. Expect a number of special guests at the Hammersmith show.

motorhead and everything they stand for are great. but when ive seen them before, i just kinda got bored. theres not really that much to them is there? on both occasions the bar appealed more and i skulked away to the darker corners. but this time around there playing in some more suited venues i reckon, specially sheffield city hall, might give them one more chance. plus they always have awesome supports, young heart attack, wildhearts, hawkwind and anthrax... thats pretty good!

no hes not still in hawkwind ...but i have seen him play with them at the hawkwind 30th anniversary

and yes they are still going , saw them in december, still very good

i heard a story that motorhead played dresden with the big lancaster bomber hanging from the roof. lemmy walked up to the microphone, pointed to the plane and said 'i bet youve not seen one of these in a long time.'
