Re: The Smiths

hmmmm... can only be a good thing, liricily it's meant better quality, with people like gary lightbody and pete doherty finally showing songwriting talent of morressy calibre it's imporving every thing that bands are making,

Re: The Smiths

Nobody's a bigger Snow Patrol fan than me, but I really don't think Gary Lightbody's lyrics are anywhere near as good as Moz's.
Nobody can hold a candle to Morrissey for writing stuff like "There is a light.." etc..

Re: The Smiths

I agree, but I think Gary lightbody and Pete Doherty have come the closest in our generation, just go download the Snow Patrol B-side 'punk rock progression' you may just change your mind (Lirically I think 'Sheila Take a Bow' is the best Smiths song)

Re: The Smiths

Gary Lightbodys lyrics are terrible

Re: The Smiths

I downloaded the track but the song stops after about 30 seconds or so. Any chance of fixing it?

I have previous Mp3 downloads from the Argonauts and like what I've heard a lot.

Re: The Smiths
