Barker told the Union-Tribune of San Diego that he was currently writing and recording with Hoppus, with a view to releasing songs under the new name.
There's been no word on what the remaining ex-Blink member Tom Delonge is up to, nor whether Blink 182 have officially broken up (although 'hiatus' more often than not equals 'split'). If there is, we'll no doubt have something to say about it.
Ex-Blinkers Travis and Mark present Plus 44
Now he's chaning the story and saying there's no forseeable future for them. He's playing with the Blink fan's hearts (I not being one).

like the other 50 thousand 'projects' blink have spawned

either theyve changed their mind (completely understandable) or they just realised how annoying the guitarist voice was.
weird that they kicked out the bassist for BCR and now kick out the guitarist.

Yeh
Roxy's rite i mean have u heard any of there songs? i have and its pretty good i have also heard "angles and airwaves" a bit (tom delonges new band) and there ok too but i love them no matter what they can sing with who ever they like and sure it wont be as good but atleast we'll still get to hear there voices. i would h8 if they stopped playing alltogether, i never even got a chance to see them live :'(
blink, plus and angels
firstly travis aint the most taleneted they are all good musicians. i have heard plus 44 and angels and airwvaes and they are both awesome. id rather have them in my life rocking than not at all although bringing back blink would be the best.
Tom Mark and Travis
I heard that the reason tom is being excluded is because travis and mark are mad at tom. blink went on "hiatus" because tom wanted a break from music. mark and travis were like "ok that's cool, let us know when youre ready to make music agai" and then tom turned around and made the band Angels and Airwaves. that pissed mark and travis off, and thats why blink isnt gonna come back/ plus 44 is being made.

Oh. Well, disregard the beginning of my comment. lol. A lot of people were saying how crappy this new band is gonna be.
But I really goota agree with you guys on this as a fan fan of all of Blink's stuff (mostly their old stuff because of how raw and fast it is - i'm into 80s hardcore punk, so what can you expect).
I want to hear this stuff.
I don't know about any of these other guys, but I personally can't wait to hear this new stuff that Mark and Travis and making. I've been a fan of Blink 182 for a while now, all the way back from the raw and fast days (Flyswatter, Buddha, Cheshire Cat) all the way to even the new album before they went on "hiatus". So I support their new projects. And, even though it's been out for some time, I'm still waiting to hear Tom's new project, "Angels and Airwaves". I've heard it's pretty good.
And to all those closed-minded asses, yeah, Travis is a very talented drummer, but Mark and Tom are a lot more talented than most people think. If you truly listen to what's going on, especially in the new album, then you'll hear how good they are. Especially hearing them live and hearing how precise and together they are. They've definitely grown a lot as a band. And I'm not saying that as a fan but as a fellow musician.
