I have a heterosexual man crush on Richard Ayoade. I really hope Man to Man with Dean Learner is good.

and a great comedy performer

does his talent's know no end?

i went to a test screening of

this at the riverside studio's.

if you like garth marenghi's dark place, you will like this. (the episode i saw was him interviewing garth marenghi).

I can't wait

*squeals with excitement

I thought it was good

took me a bit to get into it, but ended loling alot

I liked last night's one

"Good luck with the show"

"Don't need it."

Garth Marenghi is a brilliant character, his arrogance is really funny.

SABOOOOO

You SLAAAGG

Man to Man was funny

but CANNED LAUGHTER PLEASE DIE I HATE YOU GAAAAAAAAAAAH, etc.

^^^^This

The audience weren't supposed to be laughing that much.

One of my most hated men

Absolutely fucking shit in everything he's ever done. God knows how he's making a career out of being so shit.

What

he was clearly the best thing about the IT crowd. which is no mean feat when you have Chris Morris and Noel Fielding.

Lets not forget...

The end of that episode of Nathan Barleigh, where Nathan has to explain that he exploited a 13 year old. Richard Aoyade's reaction delivery is priceless...

Ayoade

Ayoade,Ayoade,Ayoade I mean.

"Being the best thing about the IT Crowd"

Least valuable honour of all time.

LOL

fair point

It was ok

to watch while drinking before going out on a friday night, wasnt all time classic comedy though.

wrong.

right.

i find him suprisingly annoying

but thats just from watching him in the IT crowd, he was alright in time trumpet, his voice annoys me for some reason though

basically

basically he's the only reasonable response to the 'there are no funny black english people' joke from extras

what about junior simp...

...

actually. Good point

;

Richard Ayoade is the least versatile comedy performer I can think of. And I can think of Andy Parsons, so that's quite damning.

I'm prepared to rethink this opinion if someone can name two roles Ayoade has played which weren't exactly the same.

He's an awful actor

but I think he's made that his schtick e.g.
