Fleeing New York pedal the sort of classic movie drive-in rock that should be all over your radio. The reason why it's not is unclear, but what it does mean is that FNY will probably be raising their game until it does. 'Up Up Up Up' is the sort of minimalist, building rock that they've already made their own and is a pleasant flipside to their driving, scurrilous thrash that is apparent on their double 'a' with the flipside 'At Night'. If you can go and find it in the stores, then it's a worthy purchase if you're balancing it out against the latest hot young things racked out on the shelves...
