Re: RED. SOX. IN. THE. WORLD. SERIES.

I watched that.

I just wanted to see American history.

I am a witness.

I am a witness, too. I watched the match this afternoon, it was amazing. I think I've just become a Red Sox fan. I hope to see world series live, even if I'll have to stay up all night long.

Re: RED. SOX. IN. THE. WORLD. SERIES.

I'm in tears I'm so happy. I grew up a Red Sox fan. And for those of you who don't know, lemme tell ya about the pure evil that is the NY Yankees. Imagine your most feared football rival winning the championship every other year for the last hundred years. And your team not having won it since 1918. The curse ain't over yet. Still gotta beat the national league rep (Hou/StL). But just beating the Yankees feels mighty good!

BTW baseball during the regular season can be boring (great going to the games live though.) But during the playoffs it's pretty darn exciting. I don't think anyone that watched this Red Sox/Yankees series (esp games 4, 5) could deny that.

Also, they say hitting a major league fastball is the toughest thing in sports. As someone who's fairly athletic, I can't even hit a 70 mph ball at the batting cages! 'They' may be right!
