Another chapter in the book of We're Not In America And That Isn't Fair...
A quite smashing line-up has been assembled for the Anti*Pop Music Festival, held in Orlando from November 13. Why are we telling you this? Because the event features a load of our favourite bands. Sad face!
The festival - now in its second year - is to play host to bands including Pretty Girls Make Graves, Peanut Butter Wolf, Saul Williams (pictured), Blood Brothers, Bob Mould, The Elected, ...Trail Of Dead, Celebration, dosh... we could go on but it's making us sad.
The festival - gigs are held at various venues around the Florida city - ends on November 19. As well as live performances, there will also be a series of panels discussing topics like 'Music & Marketing for the iPod Nation'. Um, great. But there are free parties, too! We want to go.
More information available from the festival's website, here.

Kasabian?
As good as the bands mentioned are, a look on the website shows that Kasabian are also playing. At the anti-pop festival. Does anyone else see something wrong with that?
Yes
That is a bit odd. Cracking lineup though.
Blood Brothers UK tour allows me a shield of defiance towards the people of Orlando! Defiance against your green-eye inducing lineup! HaHA!
