US awkward rockers Make Believe have cancelled their European tour, due to take place next month.
The Tim Kinsella-fronted four-piece announced the following at their website:
Bad news: Make Believe has been forced to cancel their tour dates in Europe this December. Make Believe is sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. More information will be posted soon.
Until that 'more information' is public, here are the affected dates.

We are all very disappointed about this conclusion, but make believe has no choice but to cancel our European tour. We have all been looking forward to it for months, but the financial agreement has changed dramatically in the last few days.
If the finances had originally been presented to us as they now are, we never would have agreed to do the tour. It would have been brought up, and we would have said 'no thank you' and never thought about it again. However, we have been told one agreement for months and have now at the last minute had the entire deal changed.
We've spent a few days trying to figure it out, but the present conditions are imposssible for us. We do not have our own money to spend as tourists visiting Europe - I can not get home on Christmas Eve and have to scramble to pay my January rent.
We apologize to all that have put time and effort into coordinating this, but feel we have no choice. The tour as it now is is not the tour we agreed to do. We hope everyone understands we are more disappointed than anyone else and we do hope to get to Europe soon.
