The Bandits are one of those bands that pass quickly into the black abyss of nearly-there-has-beens. They never set the world alight and were always in the shadow of 'the Coral', the latter thought not my taste, were much more convincing.

I saw the Bandits at Bedford Esquires were they were being supported by a local band who blew them not only off the stage but off the planet! After watching the support The Bandits were visibly shaken and knew that they had just been out-played, out-classed and generally bettered in all areas.

Very poor show.
