but its going to cost far too much - and without 3G uk networks aren't going to be that keen to subsidise it - no picture messaging, video calls, data downloads? that's where they make their money. Also when you can get a sony p990 for free on contract (does almost as much) why would you spend £400 on one of these?
I'd love one, but can't stretch my apple love far enough to buy one. Maybe by the time I could in te winter I might be persuaded..

networks would want to get this because it's by Apple, simple as that. It'll be like the major labels holding out on the internet again AND LOOK AT THEM NOW.

...regarding user interface but my biggest worry is that a) the screen will be easily scratched b) battery life.
