I have a lot of time for Lily Allen
Her music sounds fresh and sweet and nice to me, and she herself doesn't seem particularly pretentious or full of it. As far as I can tell she says what's on her mind in a non-hysterical way, and then the press (including this site?) bangs on about it in order to make her out to be some kind of ultra-good/bad character (depending on what you read). She just seems to be a strong personality.
