Was splendid.

Unfortunately I got very drunk quite quickly - I blame the marquee, if their drinks weren't so expensive I wouldn't have bought my own vodka. So I feel sick and my following descriptions won't be the most comprehensive...

Anyway, I was sober for the highlight of my evening which was the lovely i LiKE TRAiNS, who came on first and held everyone's attention with another beautiful set. If you haven't checked them out yet - WHY NOT? Go do it now www.iliketrains.co.uk

Then there was Battle, who were fantastic, and got everyone dancing to their particular brand of indie rock, do they sound like New Order? do they not? lets fight about it all the way home on the bus...... ;-)

Um, then there was Kano who were completely different again - shouty hip hop stuff with BIG bass. Which was nice.

Oooh and I got to meet Crablin, Sean and Anschul, all of whom were very nice boys, but my drunken ramblings may have persuaded them to avoid me in future....
