I'm not giving it a ten, just becouse I feel like it can be done only from a distance. The album is brilliant, in my opinion it is better than "Funeral". Ok, you won't find anything "powerout - ish", but it's diversity and (in the same time) coherency is amazing. The tunes are really brilliant with passionate opening ("Black mirror") fantastic flow of the single, fragile beauty of "Ocean of moise" and epic, hypnotysing final "No cars go"). Not to mention coda in which Butler sounds pretty like Beth Gibbons.
Brilliant.
