Feb 18th sees the opening night for new club 'El Romper’ which aims to exist only when the line up is good enough. No doubts about this tonight with 3 fantastic bands!
Glasgow's The Needles top the bill with their frenzied brand of electrifying rock 'n' roll. With a host of major UK support slots (including Muse), tours, festival appearances and Radio 1 broadcasts behind them, 2005 is set to be their year with the imminent release of new single 'Diane' on Dangerous Records. www.theneedles.net
El Romper also plays host to the debut of hotly-tipped new band Mani Stone. This life-affirming-melodic-alt-rock-four-piece brings us their unique blend of psych-pop with sparklings of Love, Creedence and The Byrds. Say you were there first!
