I've just picked these up from a techy forum
- Use google translate to view your sites , or bablefish or any thing else in that ballpark. Just translate the page from anything to the native lang of the page or the reader. All they are is a proxy....... that translates ......
- The most simple proxy server technique that WILL work anywhere is by using google translator as a proxy server. Just enter the URL that you wish and say translate from any language to english and it will take you to the sight no problem.
Go to translate a web page box:
http://www.google.co.uk/language_tools?hl=en
Enter the URL, and hey presto.
Handy, because they're about to block all web mail at my work.

What phone do you have?
My Sony-Ericsson K750i and W810is have both been fine using MySpace with the Opera Mini Browser.
Check if your phone's on the list for http://mobile.opera.com first but if not just navigate on your phone to http://mini.opera.com and download it from there.
It works so much better than the normal SE browser and lets me use MySpace. Not tried with Googlemail as I don't use my account.

but upgrading (woohoohoo!) to the W880 next week, so will try that then. Can check one of my gmails on my phone but not the other.

Yeah, if you install the mini browser on there
you should be fine for MySpace. I'm pretty sure the OS is the same level as both of my SEs.

Hotmail is now blocked.
They haven't blocked myspace but they've blocked being able to read your messages! If I go via google translator and then click 'my messages' they seem to have cottoned on to that as well.
Any ideas?
