their hair off haha i can think of two ( in my opinion) i think smashing pumpkins kinda lost it wen he shaved his head , it was all good up to mellon collie, then after that, every bald album they made was a bit crap. and hmmmm foo fighters, when he had long hair they rocked, i love the first 2 albums, but cuts his hair and you guessed it, they release a shite album. any thoughts? im jus being silly
you're quite wrong
on the pumpkins.
indeed
quite quite wrong
quite
quite quite wrong
I wouldn't say quite maybe slightly wrong
gish 7
siamsese dream 9
Mellon Collie 10
Adore 6 (yes 6)
Machina 4
whhaaaaaaat!?
im not wrong in my
opinion but ill let you disagree with me haha jkin seriously though which albums do you rate after mellon collie? i liek a few tracks off adore and machina but as albums as a whole i dont really rate them as 'good' albums
i really rate both those albums
but i am well gay for bald men.
^^^rofl
can this thread apply to all sorts of hair distortion, or beards/no beards?
lostprophets were, gah, ooookaaaay when they started, now they have more hair product than an NME our and are gash. The opposite applies to Cooper Temple Clause who had the worst hair ever but a tune or two, out come the stylists and the tunes disappeared...
And the flaming lips were so so much better when wayne's hair was huge...
i think we can allow
other hair distortion and beards or no beards as you made good points on both! how are kings of leon without their beards? i havnt heard the latest stuff? anyone?
well
less creepy looking and high up in the album charts...
Ooh, Napalm Death are still great even though Barney cut his hair and now 'nods' through gigs
is barney back in
napalm death??? since when?? haha shows how much i pay attention, i bets its been like ten years or something stupid!
ahem
literally ten years he's been back :D
was brian eno better for being completely bald instead of, y'know, that frightwig look in roxy music..
noway!
haha i cant believe hes been back ten years! i never paid much attention to them tho to be honest over the last ten years, i think the last thing i bought by them was diatribe
oh yer i prefer roxy music
i consider adore
to be their best record. it's subtle, sparse and really pretty.
so so so much filler though
Placebo were halfway decent
before the shears came out.
Although we all know why he had to do it......<cough> bald spot
