All of Deserter's Songs by Mercury Rev (except Delta Sun Bottleneck Stomp which is for when the snow has melted and spring arrives), and all of Funeral by the Arcade Fire (except for Haiti, which is a wonderfully out-of-place tropical song).

If You're Feeling Sinister by Belle & Sebastien is a good 'un. Very calming and manages to mention snow a couple of times as well as songs about more summery weather.

I'd go with 'Listen, The Snow is falling' originally by John Lennon and the plastic Ono band but Yoko's vocals are pretty nasty - you're better off with the Galaxie 500 version from the LP 'This is our music'.

I'm sorry, but Deserter's Songs is an autumnal album. All Is Dream is winter.

1 Mile North make nice snowy music. And walking round New York in the snow whilst listening to Godspeed's debut was an experience I won't forget in a while.
