when Mr Traynor called me an idiot and my contributions superfluous I thought..cool! my life is now complete.
But let's go for broke - I thought - let's listen to something way too eclectic ...slag Brainlove's underrated band so I can stop being the lone American every one is nice to ..so you don't have to feel guilty about hating Americans because you haven't called oR a cunt lately.
But lo and behold, Mr Brainlove is right. Fog *is* amazing. And they're from Minnesota! I love Minnesota. And I dunno why Minneapolis has way more than its fair share of cool bands but it does...and here's another one! Good call, John.

They ended the evening with a Hymie's Basement track. Brilliant!

I don't think so. I think they are pretty highly rated, though I'm not entirely sure why. I didn't think they were that great at the VENN festival last year - they weren't bad, but they weren't great and certainly didn't seem to live up to their reputation...

i saw them live last year and, while the sound was a little bit dodgy, it was great.
