five years down the line

May 16th, 2002 was the first time I saw Jetplane Landing play live. It's very strange to think that event, in a strange, wide sense, is basically responsible for the course my life has taken ever since. About 90% of my passion for new music and DIY culture stems directly from seeing them for the first time, and following them afterwards.
