Can anyone do me a huge favour and paste the thing from the Oink forums about how to get around the DNS issues? I haven't been able to get onto the site for most of this week :(
Just do this:
We apologise for the continuing DNS problems. You can get around this by adding our hostnames directly to your hosts file. Add the following lines to your \windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file (the number of spaces between the IP and the name doesn't matter as long as there's at least one space (or tab):
85.17.40.69 tracker.oink.me.uk
85.17.40.70 irc.oink.me.uk
85.17.40.71 oink.me.uk

they've been playing Tarantula a lot on Canadian radio
it's grown on me, although the end of the song with the ridiculous widdly guitars is a horrible horrible mess and b0lly should be ashamed.
anyway, i'm looking forward to hearing this..

The song has a good overall meaty feel though, which makes me feel happy.

it's much better than their last few albums, but i'm sure it will dies a quick death
I haven't heard it
but it will be middling to good . Who cares? They're playing live again. Hearing Geek USA and 1979 live will more than compensate for a fairly average comeback album.

Underwhelmed to start with. I was hoping to have my head taken off, BUT
after 10 plays or more, i'm really starting to notice some moments of magic, and plenty of things which I think would not be out of place on machina or even mellon collie
