E-word refugees My Chemical Romance will return to the UK briefly in November, as they play a four-date arena 'tour'.
The moribund glummers will appear at the following quartet of venues:
November
11 Newcastle Metro Radio Arena
12 Aberdeen AECC
13 Sheffield Hallam FM Arena
15 London The o2
Tickets go on sale at 9am this Friday. Best make sure mum or dad don't overdo the Pinot Grigio the night before, then. We want them poised; with a number.
Crikey...
... They're really big enough for that now then?
Yes!
These are pretty much the only arenas in the UK they didn't play in March. All of which sold out!
CAN'T WAIT
You missed their even bigger arena tour earlier in the year then?
Which did sell out, as Tommy_Gunn said.
Too many bands play arenas this days anyway.
I'd rather see longer tours of smaller venues.
Aye,
I don't pay a huge degree of attention to My Chemical Romance's affairs. My apologies.
i love the last bit
of that hahaha
reminds me of being 14 again
Hugo! Jocasta! We're over here, mummy's come to collect you!!!
Hugo: 'OMG mum, you're like, so embarrassing....I told you to park further down the road, you've like totally ruined my reputation, I'll never be the laughing stock of School House!'
Jocasta: 'I told everyone I was like y'know totally poor and like that was why I could feel like the pain and emotion and suffering of being a contemporary faux-emo kid and then you ruin everything by turning up in this car....I HATE you'.
Mummy: 'Come on children, it's a brand new Range Rover, I'm not parking it around here, some of these people look like they pay basic rate tax!'
but
it would've worked better had it not been the school holidays.
but
this 'tour' is in Mid November.
Big....
who cares.
I mean really, been to one of their shows, they didn't do too much, the crowd of "individualistic emos" did a far better job with the music really.
Seen them in a stadium
they really didny play it well, their sound dont work for this venue.... or ever
...
I'm curious to see why you actually went then if their sound never works in any venue.
"Moribund"
I looked moribund up in my dictionary...
