wow i share my birthday with nick drake. never knew that. bloody kenny rogers, 'lucille' was number one on my birthday but had i been born 1 day earlier it would have been 'i don't want to talk about it' by rod stewart, or in fact actually 'god save the queen' by the sex pistols which was not allowed to be number one because of the queen's silver jubilee.
