great song

have seen them live a few times and even played with them twice
very good all round
really like "knots" aswell... think its their next single

YEAH

I've seen them about 10 times live, they really deserve to have more love shown their way.

saw them

at camden crawl - one of the better bands i saw...

Saw them at Reading

Come On Feet was the one I really enjoyed, I knew nothing of the band, thanks for confirming the song. The rest of the set was pretty good & I enjoyed it despite being horribly hungover... shame Eisley followed and put me to sleep (literally)

Should check out Tap Tap

Side project of Thomas from Pete & The Pirates, one of my favourite albums of last year.

ACE!

I listened to Come On Feet this morning

it's great. But I do prefer Tap Tap I think.

Saw them at Dot to Dot and enjoyed them

I'll be checking them out at End of the Road this weekend.

I actually

prefer Tap Tap, but yes both very good

Will check out.

Heard Come on Feet on 6 Music the other day. Thought it was by some 70s Wire-esque band I've never heard of, then worked out it was from a hot-new-upcoming band!

bump

i need to hear this later, i really like pete and the pirates

ace!

P&TP are ace.

"She doesn't belong to me" is ace.

And they're from reading too which makes me like them even more - they were on TV last week eating breakfast in my local cafe on the wokingham road. Good times.

I actually cannot believe

Pete and the Pirates are not much more popular. They're getting there. I got sent the Wait Stop Begin EP this time last year by the lovely people at Stolen Recordings and it was the best new thing I'd heard in a while. Lanzafame/Tap Tap is also ridiculously nice.

there's a biggish interview...

...with them in next month's Plan B, plus a thing on the other Stolen acts, i think...

I wasn't aware

Tap Tap were connected to Pete & The Pirates until just now. Coo.

P&TP are a band I want to see live before making a final judgement, but they're proving good so far.
