i wonder which diser i'll be sat next to this time!
third row stalls anyone?
I am in stalls
Row G4, I think the seats might be the end of an aisle. Anyone else around there?
the band G4
I was certain this had sold out
hmmm really tempted now... worth 31 quid?
Worth everything in your bank account if you're a fan.
is she playing with an orchestra?
I've only seen her once, at ATP when she was previewing Ys, and could barely hear her through the chattering crowd. I guess people are more reverential to ms newsom these days.
hell, i'm there...
were I was standing at that atp
people were threatened with violence for talking, I much more enjoyed that set than the barbican
I might be sitting next to you
or at least my friends will be. G4 10 & 11. I'm in Arena A row 6 thanks to whoever posted the original alert on here (I Love You whoever you are, I'll practically be able to smell her from there).
my tickets say row 3 seats 11 and 12
heh heh. mine are row 3 seats 13 and 14
.
this may have happened twice now

little tears of sadness almost appear when i think about not being able to go, but i can't, so, yeah.
I'm going!
and i'm so excited! in stalls A, will tell you exactly what seats next week when i have the tickets
...
Should I be excited about the support acts? the lastfm genre link cloud of the artists tells me no....
^^^what she said
Roy Harper
is one of the most important british folk musicians of all time. i don't know about his last few albums because he's very prolific, but in his time he was something of a minor genius. he's also famous due to the Led Zeppelin song Hats Off To Harper, which they wrote to thank him for influencing their third record.
his best record is probably Stormcock.
he's one pretty special support act, so i hope he does a good set.
the others are The Moore Brothers, about whom I have no idea.
Orchestra?
Anyone know if she's playing with an orchestra?
they told me
that she'll be playing with her band, no orchestra
i thought she was
playing with an orchestra? But can now find nothing on t'internet confirming or denying this...
I want an orchestra dammit!!
Does anybody know
what time Joanna Newsom (and the two support acts) will be on stage?
Not sure if I can be fussed with the support acts, especially as I have my seat so don't have to worry about turning up early for a good position.
she's on at 9
finishes at 10:45.
i'm pretty excited
roy harper too! yes.
Thanks!
Although no doubt I'll still probably get there for the support anyway, but we shall see.
