Wacky-'tache Devendra Banhart will play three local live dates next month as he looks to build momentum behind his last record.
The folk warbler, who released Smokey Rolls Down Thunder Mountain towards the end of the last lunar cycle, (review), will play the following shows in the UK and Ireland this November:
November
5 Brighton St. George's Church
6 London Forum
8 Dublin The Village
I would give you more information about Devendra Banhart but I "can't stand the fucker".
Um...
A brace, is two, yeah?
HATTRICK
Ha!
You've seen the error of your ways.
Trio will suffice.
I thought that was his hand
he was holding up
:D
Super
2 gigs within an hour of another and nothing remotely northern :(
luckily hes shit
(now)
How in God's name is
Dublin a local gig?
they speak
English
Kinda
ignoring that one. I said two gigs, Brighton and London. All i'm trying to say is, wouldn't a northern gig instead of two southern gigs be a tad fairer.
anyone know if these
are solo shows or with his travelling pub band?
If it is a solo show I am definitely going to Brighton. But I guess it isn't...
well
I'm going to see him in Strasbourg supported by Beirut and Loney Dear (and Jamie T shhhhhhh) so fuck you all.
