The Colosseum
is reopening on 14th November as the Kasbah. Not sure how itll look though, or what plans they have in store. I assume it's staying 'indie'.
Why does everyone hate Coventry so much? There's some amazing venues (The Tin Angel, Taylor John's House, Browns, the Colosseum) and some great bands (The Sequins, Honeytrap, Souvaris, Sika Redem. It does have it's shit points granted, but what city doesn't. Plus, most people are of the attitude that it's shit without wanting to do anything about it. You dont get that in other cities. Poeple have to look a little closer to home to see the problem...

The Ring Road is not amazing
It chokes the entire city and forces everyone to huddle in concrete overpasses trying to get to the station and leave without getting stabbed.
