i saw the lead singer of a red hot chili peppers tribute band get electrocuted live on stage he was fine and got up and finished the set the ironic thing was this was during there version of can`t stop (which he did)

A good friend of mine
did the whole "smashing two guitars together" thing with the singer in his band during their triumphant final gig.
Unfortunately, his aim was a bit off and he ended up whacking the poor guy in the head, causing much bleeding and pain.
It was, quite obviously, pretty awesome.
Hmm
I have just had knee surgery after I snapped the ligaments in my knee upon landing from a jump of sorts mid-gig. Not good. A friend of mine also had this happen to him after jumping off the PA at the Astoria. They had to stop the gig for that one and get an ambulance. Excellent.
Oh
and the singer in a band I was in once landed on the hi-hat stand and ripped himself a new arsehole. A solid cube of flesh about an inch square flew out of his arse cheek.

When I saw YouthMovies in Brighton,
They had a guest come on to sing the encore and when he jumped up onto the bass drum he misjudged, slipped and cracked his head on the metal rim. There was a resounding sucking in through teeth noise, but then he continued on well.

Beck fall off the back of the stage at wembley arena, after having walked headfirst into the head of the bass guitar, wandered dazed round the stage for a moment, and then fallen off it!
i once saw thom yorke crowdsurfing
but then he misjudged the crowd and they dropped him on the floor ouch!
nothing major,
but i saw the singer from forward russia hit himself in the face with a microphone playing at the casbah. it bled quite a lot. someone shouted out "you've got red on you!". i loled.
When I used to play with twentysixfeet
our singer had a massive recurrence of his back problems during a gig. He could barely stand. Certainly ensured us the sympathy vote.

I once saw Liam from Suitable Case for Treatment accidentally hit himself in the face with a guitar, then continue with blood pouring down his chin as if nothing was wrong. Scary.

but I read in kerrang that a US band played london recently and the main guy announced he'd just found out his girlfriend was pregnant with another man's baby... yee-owch...
To make up for that, the last show we did with that accursed bassist, he started doing a funkslap bass solo after we'd finished so I threw a drumstick at him to shut him up and missed his eye by centimetres....

the singer from blessed ethel do a ig footstmp at the joiners in Southampton, only she did in the bit of the stage where there was a gap for a little staircase and ended up looking a bit sorry for herself on the floor.
Evening notable also for the following:
1. Ash supporting on what was i think their first UK shows, during school holiday.
2. Kurt Cobain illng himself. Not at the Southampton Joiners though, obviously.
Six Nation State
think it was the guitarist... he stood on broken glass on the stage barefoot and there was blood fookin everywhere... they mentioned in the sunonline! it makes my stomach sick writing it down!
I saw the guitarist of Hondo Maclean fall off the stage at Islington Academy- that's a long way too.
Also caught the Singer of Panic! At The Disco get hit in the eye by a bottle at Reading and go down like a big girl.
Some will say that both those bands deserve the pain for being so shit.
