The best bit about that map

is the 'Ring Road' sign. In case you weren't aware people, a Ring Road goes round!!!!

ok

I'll get right on that!

Is the ring road attacking them?

yes

it's quite clear from the diagram.

Who do you think you are kidding Mr Ring Road
If you think we're on the run...

One ring road to rule them all

one ring road to find them...

You take the ring road

and I'll take the low, and I'll get there afore ye.

Wordds subject to being wrong. Ring. Wring. You wrang?

not much detail there eh

thanks for this though, i now know how to get to games workhop from both of my grandparents houses! hurrah!

only for sight seeing

and to repel enemy invaders. there is a munitions factory on the ring road just outside stapleford.

Shit

I had a dream I was in Games Workshop last night. With- and this is completely serious- Tracy Is Hot & The Clap, who were practicing there. I have no idea what it means.

it means

with increasing rental prices in city centres AND the huge rise in online fantasy gaming, I don't understand why they haven't gone under.

FUCK SAKE

I've got so much work to do, I'm going to miss this thread :(

Phew!

I thought I'd be going all day there.

this thread

is a perfect example as to why the automatic vote thing is A Bad Idea.

YOUR POST

is a perfect etc etc.

bit touchy today?

i'm trying

but other people seem not to like it.

:D

good morning

Nottingham City Council, Adam speaking, how may I help?

i like the way the ring road,

is right in the middle of the city?

Australian?

Beijing

has six ring roads, numbered 2-7.

:D

we have an inner

and an outer ring
woot

there seems to be a giant eagle hovering above the city.

It's a bit like The Iron Man.

It's an Iron Eagle

like the film with Louis Gossard Jr.

He's my second favourite Jr. from the 80s, the first being Ray Parker Jr.

I like how the map isn't square at all.

and most of nottingham is squashed into the top half.

haha

"old basford" was my physics teachers nickname! (because she was old, and her surname was basford).

Very Bunny.

barrel scraping.

dammit

i was gonna try and earn my pun stripes with 'I'm Hyson Green with envy at your puntastic abilities', throwing plenty of flattery in the mix as well.

ruined.

Access Denied

what kind of messed up Games Workshop image is that?!

:

with increasing rental prices in city centres AND the huge rise in online fantasy gaming, AND denying everyone access, I don't understand why they haven't gone under.

I posted it earlier

but no one seemed to care!

You need to talk about ring roads some more

The kids love that shit.

THAT EAGLE IS ALMOST TWO MILES ACROSS

(45 minutes of pure work...to think of that)

it might be

the FLying Horse Arcade's horse thats gone missing

THIS MAP SHOULD BE ON A HEX GRID

They totally failed there.

^ best post yet

I love these threads

We toss around trying to be funny, Theo steams in and slays the whole place with some hardcore map fact.

i'm pretty hexed

Hardcore Map Fact

I, Gotham
Does It Involve A Ring Road, Yeah?

Tonight, Flap & Dangle, Hison's Green. £4.50 entry, £10 for Council Workers.

this is the worst kind of discrimination -

discrimination against ME!

superb.

is this thread funny...

..if you don't live in nottingham?

The place names round here are all very amusing, "bunny" and "gotham" being my personal favourites. I have images of the batcave being hidden in a small village in nottinghamshire.

*not really

as if i would ever go outside the M 2 5
