When sitting watching TV, I bite my finger nails. Now this might seem tame, but it doesn’t stop there. Once I have exhausted my fingers, I move onto my toes. Yes, you heard right… I bite my toenails too! It drives Jules up the wall, especially when I proceed to spit said nail around the room without a care!!!!

I chew things. Pens, pencils(yes even the mingy bits of eraser), headphone cords, nails, dead bits of skin around nails, necklaces, zippers, i have at times been reduced to chewing on the inner of my lip/cheek for want of anything else.
Bits of paper, hair, coins (taste disgusting and tinny) train tickets, book covers. Broockes. Hair ties.. anything really that is in, or can be moven into teh vicinity of my mouth and that will not (instantly or painfully) kill me.
