Guinness Red
I had some a few weeks ago, it wasn't that great, I prefer the regular variant.
Guinness is the Marmite of drinks though.
I blame all you lager drinking,
downloading, softasshite southern powderpuffs. And to a lesser extent people like me who don't/no longer drink. I've had four cans of Murphys in the fridge for most of this year though, better than nothing I suppose.
Guinness is one of the few things I miss about drinking
Guinness red is ok
but I prefer the normal stuff. I usually drink Guinness but have been on the IPA recently. I may have to switch back.

To be honest my one accidental purchase of Guinness Original has put me off anything but the widgeted draught cans or having straight from the pub taps.

Guinness is alright I guess, but proper bitter is really where it's at. I find it hard to stir any kind of fondness for something that is pushed out of pipes by gas

Black Velvet
Accidentally stumbled into this as a result of winning a minute behind the bar. It takes some getting used to but it should be sampled. Who knew Guinness and Strongbow could co-exist in the same pint glass. Admittedly this is poor mans Black Velvet but champagne makes your breath smell so it balances out in the end.
