Does anyone know?

I used to keep seeing a video on late night mtv2 (when i still had it) by a Japanese girl duo (?) and it had a split screen with both girls going through a day backwards and forwards til they passed each other and swapped round. The song was sort of a...ugh, trip hop beat (awful phrase) with a pretty, girly tune.

Does anyone know what the hell i might be talking about and who it might be?

konki Duet?

Re: Does anyone know?

Hmm, checked em out and i don't think it's them. Regardless though they sound pretty cool.

Re: Does anyone know?

Afrirampo? But I don't think they do trip-hop.

Re: Does anyone know?

Maybe trip hop's the wrong phrase...in fact i hope it's the wrong phrase. Oh it's all so cloudy in my memory.

Re: Does anyone know?

Yes! Yes I do know!

But I've forgotten their name while writing that first line. Damn, will get back to you.

Re: Does anyone know?

ok, so i've got it to work, and yeah. The 'Sugar Water' video by Cibbo Matto, (directed by Michel Gondry) has two girls on a split screen style thing.

i'd recommend getting the DVD by Michel Gondry (and Spike, and Cunningham for that matter) cos there are some awesome videos on it.

Re: Does anyone know?
