by channel lists they probably want to know how many channels (ie instruments and effects returns) each band are gonna need on the desk - so probably try and give them a list of instruments for each band
tech specs will include special technical requirements for each band...such as how many monitor mixes they want, how many different effects sends, stuff like that....if you can get that of the band that would be useful for the sound engineer to know

Be sure to include all usual food/beverage/beanbag requests on the part of the performing artistes. Most London venues allow for at least 100pounds towards this on a regular night and they will regard you as unprofessional if you do not demand this as part of your contract. Furthermore, make sure they register all songs bands played as part of the set then they will quite rightly see PRS royalties back for them within about 12 months time. If all musicians did this all the time then illegal cunts like Plum Promotions and Archway Tavern and Pleasure Unit and similar would be out of business.
