I have a very bad headache, and I have no painkillers. What music will make me feel better? I put on Bloc Party (stupid idea), then MBV but it made me feel even worse, now I have Joanna Newsom on and I feel like I am going to be sick. What is the closest thing to musical painkillers/headache relief?

kthxbye

John Cage

4 minutes 33 seconds

Though in your case I'd recommend the extended 24 Hr remix edition.

Drink some water

and stick on Johan Johannsens Viroglu Forsetar (sp). It's verrrry soothing.

Last nights

Essential mix is good, but no, I dont think it will help your headache. Iron and Wine, Jose Gonzales?

I get Migraines

so I just drink some water and try and sleep.

Then when I wake up (usually migraine-free, but very groggy) stick on A Ghost Is Born.

Four Tet

Slowdive - Pygmalion

lol @ you

Labradford

or Stars Of The Lid

Brian Eno

Music for airports

I got Mono on now

I drink 4 litres of bottled water a day anyhow (or try to) so that is covered, thanks for all the advice you lovely people.

Come To Daddy

haha

Stellar advice.

Mono isn't working

And I was just sick.

Cider = misery, I hate hangovers.

Four Tet!

Seriously.

I just put on Rufus Wainwright and felt sorry for myself

then I ate some noodles and now I am listening to Battles, trying to pretend nothing is wrong.

Where best to start with Four Tet?

Rounds, apparently

Though the only thing I've got is "Everything Ecstatic"
