The new Futureheads single - 'The Beginning of the Twist'

Please disregard my affiliation with the band and listen to it when you can, in the same way that 'Our Velocity' made singles exciting again last year, this is a truly FAB song. I love it.

It's an excellent title.

Does it have any relevance to the 1950s dance of the same name?

I really hope the Futureheads get back on track - they seemed a potentially great band.

it's a class song!

I've only heard it twice; at the sunderland show and then on the video of them mincing around carnaby street and it's already been carved into my brain!

Yeah. The heads have always been great. The second album is great too, just cos its not as instant as the first its still has some classic tunes on.

Cant wait for the third one, its definitley gonna show some of these shite UK bands around today what rock is.
