It does just sound like
a long-lost track from a Nuggets compilation, doesn't it? And possibly more like the sound of a group of 50-somethings having a laugh than Grinderman. Can't wait for the album...though if there are going to be the typical Cave ballads, I can't imagine how they'd all fit in together...
