erm, i was already 'into' music, because of my parents.

I think I liked hardcore ( of the dance variety) and jungle as well as RATM and Nirvana.

(well, 15 til august).

i mainly listened to oasis, the boo radleys, dodgy, and Shine 1.

and interested in nothing other than horses

but the taste only got good at around 13

was well into anything top of the pops told me i was into

I was very much into the music of The Spice Girls.

I knew nothing about football or music.

i just had this conversation with someone last night. sometimes i feel young and sometimes i feel old. i found out yesterday that i'm the youngest person at work.

I didn't even know what music was.

and was a total top 40 kid

and listening to Monster every day.

for the first 47 days, 21 for the remaining 318.

I was listening to Pavement a lot (and RHCP).

and i was admiring the talents of Uwe Rosler.

And getting well into pretending to be a dog. My name was Buster But and it was pretty much a full time occupation. I even ate out of dishes on the floor.

obsessed with Blur. Well into music.

Moved from Bristol to South Africa and started getting into music by loving Blur.

and one year away from properly finding music, which occured when I first heard Something For The Weekend by Super Furry Animals. So I was probably listening to Jollification.

I seem to remember discovering The Bonzos in this year as well, and to my relief I realised Music could have a sense of humour.

I was 18.

Mostly I was listening to a lot of Metal for the first 6 months or so. Then I left school, cheered up, moved to Spain and met lots of delightful Scandinavian girls... so lots of bouncy So-Cal punk.

and probably listening to a random assortment of music which i used to tape off the radio.

I played the piano pretty well back then, and knew all the words to 'When I'm Sixty Four'. Woo!

I also seem to remember a worrying liking for happy hardcore and glowsticks.

and a ready spending most of my money on CDs

and getting excited about seeing myself on the local news.

Knew all the words to Sgt. Pepper and listened to lots of house and old punk records at home (the above tastes inherited from my mum) and I was a sneaky rebel and listened to jungle and bad rap compilations (which my mum didn't approve of)

and a goth. Yeah!

and getting my first grey hair, its only got worse since then..

Mainly interested in football and TV and Warhammer.

and mostly listening to dodgy Britpop compilation albums.

Seem to remember it being a pretty good year.

I had just completed the transition from Nirvana & Metallica et al to Oasis & Manic Street Preachers

Probably more interested in Biker Mice From Mars and James Bond Jr.

This isn't getting into the weekly mailout, btw, ftw, etc, et al.

i owned 5 metallica albums, 3 sepultura ones, 2 pantera ones a nailbomb one some offspring, 2 biohazards, a dog eat dog one and an ep, 2 body count ones, some therapy?, aerosmith, earache samplers, some nirvana, machine head, fear factory, downset, lots of other stuff, and was concerned about my secsuality because i liked blur.

Don't think I was 'in' to music, but I liked listening to the old 60's-based music stations in Miami. Motown, early Beatles etc.

forget music. i was getting well into kids tv theme tunes. Rosie and Jim was a particular favourite.
