Tapes ‘n Tapes will release their second album in the spring, reports Pitchfork.

Walk it Off has been cut from a planned 15 tracks to 13, is the follow-up to 2005’s well-received longplayer The Loon and will arrive on April 8th in the US. The following tracks were produced with Dave Fridmann at Tarbox Road Studios, New York:

‘La Ruse’
‘Time of Songs’
‘Hang Them All’
‘Headshock’
‘Conquest’
‘Say Back Something’
‘Demon Apple’
‘Blunt’
‘George Michael’
‘Anvil’
‘Lines’
‘The Dirty Dirty’
‘Link-arrow’

The band plan to embark upon a “fair amount” of touring this year, more news when we get it, with any luck that'll be cribbed from Pitchfork too.
