I've pretty much only just arrived at uni so I've had 14 weeks to get to know my 'best friends' here, and however close we may feel to each other we really don't know one another quite that well yet.
There are friends I've held on to for my entire life or at least a significant part of it, but I don't see or hear from them mostly while I'm here. The entire group from college is coming to visit me soon :D but it's mostly the case that we live double lives and while we're away we don't particularly care how we're all doing... then everything immediately goes back to normal on holidays.
There are certain people who stick out as the most significant, but I'll never admit to who they are and certainly won't list them. It feels wrong.
