Dialaphone. They have an automated customer service number, not actual people so it's pretty much impossible when anything goes wrong.. Really, really shit.

They've been impressively
honest with me.
I checked the online stock availability thing for the gifts and it showed the wii in stock. I then rang to place the order and asked if it was definitely there and they said they didn't have any in but were expecting some early next week.
I ordered on Tuesday and got the phone on Wednesday. You then get a voucher to send them for your gift and have to send off ID with it. They then send the gift via UPS.
I hope it arrives and I don't look like a twat for singing their praises...
