How I Wrote 'Elastic Man'!

Wow, yes, I don't even care about the rest of the list, it's a good one.

On the other hand though, how you can rate Arctic Monkeys over The La's and This Charming Man over Reel Around The Fountain is beyond me but still. How I Wrote 'Elastic Man'!

what a wierd list

all the same, pretty much everything on here is good.

Plus

it's "proper indie." Tally ho! Not for plebeian scruffs like.. er.. Jo Whiley and Emily Parr.

Great Eastern that far down?

bah, apparently i'm the only person who loves the Delgados enough

It's brilliant

and The Delgados are brilliant.

The fact it's in the list at all is pleasing enough.

No, its hould be Hate!

No, you're not the only person who loves The Delgados enough. I would have it far higher too!

But also, 'Up For a Bit With the Pastels' just being there makes me happy.

^yep

no kasabian?

hohoho

Wow

brilliant to see This Mortal Coil so high up.

i think song to the siren on that

might be my favourite ever single

yes i do

loads of c86/indiepop

cool :)

There's a lot of great bands

on that list. Funny that in many cases, though, I don't even think the album listed is that band's best, though.

Yes,

Yes there is.

No there isnt

no, see

you're wrong...

absolutely bonkers list, but i love it

fucking weird

list.

how can you compare one song by the Smiths or Franz Ferdinand to the whole of Colossal Youth/Psychocandy/You Can't Hide Your Love... albums?

No Talulah Gosh

or Field Mice but an interesting list all the same.

lloyd cole tho

is for cunts, right?

Wrong

Though I'm a cunt.

wrong

me too

aha

if you need someone...what a special song

That's a good list

I'm glad Pristine Christine is in there. I suppose because it was the first single released on Sarah.

it appear to own

most of these.

Teenage fanclub

Some odd choices in there..

Number 17:

Teenage Fanclub 'Bandwagonesque', surely?

Number 34:

St Etienne: 'Foxbase Alpha', surely?

yay for camera obscura

lloyd, i'm ready to be heartbroken is one of my favourite songs of the past 18 months.
