Help! I've just eaten...

... a nettle! It was in my bag of Sainsbury's Bistro salad! It tasted just like nettles smell and now my tongue feels a bit weird. Is this bad?

I can't really sue them as I've eaten it, so I can't show them what I've eaten. Do you think I should write to them anyway? Will they believe me? I'm not dead yet, so maybe I'll be ok...

I drink nettle tea. It's quite horrible. But I can't stop.

A few weeks ago I found a little red spider in some lettuce in a cafe, and recently found a long hair in a meat pie in a different cafe. Urgh. had to go hungry after that cos I'm squimish and couldn't eat anything else for ages afterwards otherwise I would have been sick with the image in my head!

Nettle soup is alright, my sister made it once. They taste quite inoffensive once they're boiled up and liquidised with a load of seasoning.
