'Swan Song' by Giant Drag

I really, really like this. 'Hearts and Unicorns' was good but this song is at least 10 times better than anything on that record. Anyone else looking forward to album no. 2?

'Tis a great song...

and should have been on the album. I think it was the b-side of 'Kevin is Gay'.

Annie should tour again, but I get the impression the band is pretty screwed financially.

Probably their best actually. Really hope it works out for Annie as she's a real talent.

This song makes me think she's only just getting started. And if the music career doesn't work out, she can always go into stand-up comedy.

i really hope she gets to do a second album

and that it gets the proper attention it would no doubt deserve, leading annie onto the glittering career of 'indie stardom' she deserves.

i wonder if micah ever sees how shit shaped it's gone for giant drag though, and if he ever considers going back. i wish he did...i miss the old g.d. :(

listening to it now - it sounds great. My favourite part is when she forgets the name of the radio station
she's playing on at the start.

other than This Isn't It, which is odd because it's one of my favourite songs of all time. I should probably get that album.
