I ordered Alone impulsively without hearing anything about it and I really like it. anyone else own this fine piece of deomoage? actually inspied me to record demos of my songs on audacity.
And The young knives- I ordered the album on the strength of the DiS review. The NME review gave it a thrashing. I know who I'd believe... it obviously can't be as bad as the review says. Someone must have annoyed the NME.

Only listened to it once but I read the little commentaries at the same time and found it to be not only good fun but also very special in the sense that you feel like your getting quite an insight into what was going on at the time etc.
yeah the liner notes are ace
amazon sent me a warped vinyl so it sounds even more demo-like. that "urban" one is uber shite though
